oh boy! this is lawsuit material, If you look at his history you can see hes made quick a few bucks selling it them on ebay.

Whoever created that file should follow this link for info about reporting this seller. Of course it is possible that it's the same person that donated the file to this website.

We're contacting the pilot who donated the file to APC, it could be that he wants to sell it on eBay too which would be his option. If not we'll certainly take action.
