Default Travel In Flights

I have to travel for business but because of my anxiety, it really gets difficult in flight. It is long distances so going by other means is really difficult and going on a flight. I really don't know what to do. I do take medications for it but then again it just is really difficult to manage. So what should I do? Is there any solution for this? So I can travel and manage my anxiety.

Cognitive behavioral therapy takes longer but is better (and safer) at suppressing fear of flying than doping yourself up with medications.

Just out of curiosity, why did you post this in the Law section?

What Excargodog said is good. Do you know just what you're anxious about? We can explain what's happening to alleviate your fears if you think that would help. Just remember you're 10+ times more likely to be injured in an automobile accident than on a plane. I've flown for a living since 1981 and the closest call I've had was walking downstairs in an airport terminal when a car lost control and crashed thru the glass in the baggage claim area. I had to jump out of the way.
