I took at as self-deprecating humor. From the perspective of a scotch enthusiast, admission to the consumption of ANY color or flavor of JW reflects poorly on your sensibilities Just kidding, sort of, JW is not all bad just so commercial as to be blase (if other options are limited you can reliably order black almost anywhere).

Blue leaves so much to be desired. Can’t see how the price is justified. It’s expensive solely because people buy it just to say “JW Blue”. I’ve been given bottles of Blue as gifts, and they usually sit on the shelf, so many better single malt options out there for 1/3 the price.

According to FlightDeckFriend, a twin-engine aircraft is able to fly perfectly well on a single-engine. In fact, it can even “continue the take-off and then safely land with just one engine”. The website goes on to say that “the loss of one engine in flight is not usually a particularly serious problem and the pilots are given extensive training to deal with such a situation”.
This is from the article. Appearantly FlightDeckFriend don’t know jack about aircraft systems. Loss of redundancy comes to mind. Also pack operations. Sure the plane may fly fine (maybe), but you loose additional protections and options.
Just my .02
