Thumbs up Animals

As a full time pilot I couldn't have any pets for fear that they would have deceased by the time I returned. Now my family has lots of animals.

2 cats, 2 dogs, 5 horses, 2 rabbits, 4 kids, 30 chickens and one fish. That is enough I think.

Does anyone else here have any pets? I resisted at first but now like them I guess.

I have has the same thoughts but being single nobody would be home to take care of them. I would love to get a few pets to add to my house.

<-- Huge animal lover. Horses is about all I can have...husband is allergic to everything else. Real bad too...even meds don't help much. Maybe I should get rid of the husband?? j/k of course.

We've got the Nanday Conure from hell.... that bird will make sure to have you awake by 6am every morning. We've also got two Jack Russel Terriers and a Yorkie.

I love how he included his children as pets. You can train them to do almost anything!

I have thought about the thought of getting a pet, something to come home to, but I think it would die while I was gone or tear the place up.

I've been training my wife for 3 years now... does that count? Aside from that, we have a dog (and regularly "sit" for 2 other dogs). Used to have a 55 gallon aquarium, but haven't set that back up since I moved a year and a half ago.

I prefer cats over dogs. But I plan on having both at the same time in the future.

One very energetic indoor male tabby cat. If I am not letting him out ten times an hour for his breaths of fresh air I am enduring amorous faux attacks on my chair and flinging him off my lap. He's all I can stand though he is very loving.
