Hot Sauce Joke
Gentleman uses too much hot sauce on his food and is quite a bit of pain, so he orders ice cream for dessert.
The next morning, as nature takes it course, he is again, in a great deal of discomfort - from the stall all you can hear is "Come on Ice Cream"!

As for Tabasco, I know many hot sauce snobs consider it as run of the mill and yes, their line has relatively little heat.....even their Habanero isn't all that hot to me. However, I have yet to find a sauce that has that aged pepper taste that Tabasco does so well. With 3 ingredients, I think the secret is in the simplicity. Ripe Tabasco peppers aged 3 years in oak barrels, vinegar and salt. Nice.
I picked this one up in St Lucia and although fairly cool, it is bursting with some very nice flavors. I just added heat from another sauce.

In Mexico you can get some pretty strange stuff but in my experience all of it is much, much, much hotter than anything you can get in the states in regular stores.
+1 on Mad Dog. It is basically like applying a terribly pure chemical to your food, so you need to just use a few drops.
Mad Dog Hot Sauces | Sweat N Spice
450 times hotter than tabasco per their claims, and I did find in line with my experience...
