There is a small shop in San Francisco down by the wharf that has hundreds of varieties of hot sauces. The last time I was there I noticed a bottle of Scorned Woman Hot Sauce. I never dared try it thinking how hot it must be. Anybody heard of it?

One of my favorites is "See Dick Burn" hot sauce... It's about the same as tabasco heatwise, but has great flavor.

In the same family, there's "See Spot in Heat" and "See Jane on Fire" sauces.

If you're looking for something with heat that fits quite nicely in a flight case, check out Vans Spices (http://vannsspices.com). They sell powdered African Bird Pepper that definately has a slow, intesnse burn. Great for adding some kick to soups and dips. You can also pick it up from a few specialty shops around the DC/Baltimore/Philadelphia areas.

try El Yucataco green habenero sauce.. its mexican so you gotta know its good IMO its the best hot sauce ive ever tried (and ive had alot) that will set your mouth on fire...ish and has a great taste too... not nearly as hot as dave's but if you're looking for flavor ans spice i recommend dropping a half bottle or so on anything

also try UnBEARable Ultra Hot Sauce it's up there in hotness with Dave's ultimate but has a little bit more flavor.... one drop will do ya

And forget diluting it like it says if you want hot why order some spicy ass stuff and pour oil in it?

Don't know which is the hottest, but I bet you can find it at 'heaven on seven' in Chicago, i think on michigan ave.
They have their walls stacked with shelves, full of every hot sauce you can imagine, and every table there has a dozen or so (not the same ones on every table).
And the food is quite good too...

There is a new Daves Ultimate Insanity Sauce as well which I haven't gotten a chance to try.

My vote goes to Dave's Ultimate Insanity. You have to put it on using a toothpick. Tried just dripping it on my sandwich once and almost had to be rescued by EMT's at the restaurant deli because I could barely breathe for the next five minutes!

Default Hotttttt

Daves is good for the heat, and he has some other lesser intensities, but Dr. Sphinctershrinkers is by far the best for heat and flavor... It is made with capsaicin oil, raisins, apples, has a great chocolate undertone from the raisins, and is as hot as all hell... But the flavor is quite worth it... It comes in one of the old style square medicine bottles with a brownish label.....Another is Marie Sharps, from Belize..Carrots, honey, habaneros.....Fine flavor, outstanding heat source....I was introduced to that, in all 4 of its heat intensities, during some time spent with "rebels" on a bordering country who swore by the stuff...... Just make sure to hit the head prior to take off, seeing as you will be glued to the can for a while the next morning...Or, for general pain, or to make your MOS latrine occupier, try "The Hottest ******ing Sauce"....It is aptly named, hot as heck, and there just to remind you that your guts did survive gut check...

I was watching the Food Network last night and they were talking about a new sauce called Magma:

http://www.sweatnspice.com/magma-hot-sauce.php

One MILLION scoville units. (By comparison the HOTTEST of the Dave's Insanity Sauce line is ninety THOUSAND scoville). They say don't use it as a condiment though... it will kill ya! (it's meant as an additive in recipes.) Plus it looks like a cool lava lamp!
