That comparison is totally whack. Pinnacle pilots had it forced upon them, Go Jet pilots knew what they were getting into. Sure I'm gonna quit an 80K a year job to start over as an FO out of principle.....I'm not a vocal anti-Gojets, but staying at a regional who shafted you is totally different than going to one who in some people's eyes is undercutting the industry and was definitely formed under questionable circumstances. Pinnacle/express I was not formed to get around scope and give the finger to their employees, GoJet was, and the first round of people who went there should be ashamed. How in the world does not quitting Pinnacle equal no moral high ground?? That's the same as saying if you are at TSA you have no moral high ground. GoJet and Colgan at the time were the under cutters/scope violators, not TSA and Pinnacle (noted that the Colgan pilots had nothing to do with it). If you seriously needed to state that comparison, that shows you have doubts and are trying to rationalize it...this coming from a bystander that could care less if you go to GoJet or not...
The only thing rational in your statement is that TSA formed GoJets to get around scope and Pinnacle bought Colgan for the same reason.
Maybe the Comair pilots should have turned in their resignation and not gone back to work after the strike. I mean, if your airline is so crappy you have to strike, and is shrinking faster than testacles in cold water, why go back? I guess they have no moral high ground either if they say anything anti-Go Jets.

And you don't think Pinnacle was undercutting the industry with their 1999 CBA that was served under all the way until Feb 2011? Yet another delusuional, kool-aid pilot. Being a Pinnacle pilot, you have no grounds to talk smack against GoJets. Fact.

yet another one who can't read/comprehend that what dude posted was not Anti-Gojet. Plus didn't you work for Pinnacle under that contract for several years? So you are an under cutter yourself. Who isn't?

Yes I was, which is precisely why you never saw me talking smack on any other regional airline in terms of working there. I've never made comments against GoJets.

+1 I saw nowhere in the posts any Go Jetssss bashing or telling someone not to go there etc. Some people are just so sensitive and have a itchy trigger finger that if they see Gojet and then something negative about ANYTHING in the same post they automatically equate the 2 in their mind.
On a more serious lighter note, since we now have a history of Republic/Southern, can someone explain to me the origins and current meaning of the multiple SSSS in GoJetssssss?????

So one time I started throwing multiple sss's into Gojetss and it took about three minutes for the TSA guys to run with it. The whippersnapper stopped coming soon after that. Anyone remember his name? He had the health club with escalators in front as his avatar.
Anyway, that's my recollection. Coulda been someone else.

I'll take credit for that one. About three years ago there was a young whippersnapper Gojet newhire on here. In addition to talking about how great his new airline was, he would also try to correct every post that had "Gojets" in it. "There's no S in Gojet!!!" he would say.
