Here's the difference: GJ pilots HAVE A CHOICE to not work there and undercut the rest of the industry. All the other regional pilots can't simply choose to not work at the regionals and apply straight to majors. That's a HUGE difference. I chose to apply to and work at a regional airline with a strong contract, decent pay and what seemed fair practice.
You could have gone into military to fly, buuut im sure you didnt try.

Wow, this is getting interesting. He claimed here that he instructed for 3 years when he doesn't even hold a CFI certificate.

And of course, his dad was a captain at UAL and sister at Alaska.

Is he related to Clayton Reynolds by any chance?

Couldn't agree with this statement more. Was the beginning of G7 controversial? Sure. There was no picket line however. throwing the term around waters it down and shows ignorance.
