A GoJet pilot (heck, I don't think I've ever even met one). thats because they turn their IDs around in the terminal or don't bother stopping in the flightdeck to say hello while non-revving.

From what I understand about the whole situation, the hate for GoJet pilots stems from their undercutting Trans States pilots and "taking" "their" flying. Flying they believe they've worked hard for and sacrificed long to have. Sure there are more small details, There are no small details. They were specifically formed by THE SAME COMPANY to screw over a pilot group

I don't think any pilot who has ever been at a regional airline that flies outsourced flying has any room to stand on to hate GoJet. We hate GJ because they were formed to undercut a pilot group who tried for a better QOL.

Every argument made against a GoJet pilot IS justified

There ya go

You work at Colgan, Im guessin hired back in 2008? Making $21 an hr on Q400? And how did you contribute to the QOL of pilots and increasing in wage?

These GoJet threads disintegrate so fast its purely incredible!! How about trying to act like professionals for a change instead of like a bunch of high school girls! This IBTL crap is getting really obnoxious...the internet equivalent of "that's what she said!" Ok, rant over... please continue chastising your peers on the internet to make yourself feel better.

She got hired in 08/2010(pre-contract).

Read this thread, it will show her credibility. Read post 174,185, 187,189 and 212.

http://www.airlinepilotforums.com/re...erview-19.html

After all this bashing, she was at Colgan a month later.

I am talking about TSA guys trying to improve their situation and the company putting together another airline to circumvent their efforts. I personally did not **** or step on fellow company pilots just to fly a shiny jet...

Neither agree nor disagree. But it all depends on what glasses it's viewed from. A pilot can go to work for a company that has the best pay/work rules for the SPECIFIC spectrum of their career. OR, they can go fly the same equipment for less money and crappy work rules. Like I said, neither agree nor disagree. But the same point you use has played out over and over again. The legacies blaming the LCC pilots post 9/11 during the BK's is a prime example. Seriously, it got pretty bad. The comments you'd hear while on the jumpseat, hotel van, or employee shuttle from a legacy pilot to (insert LCC airlines pilot here) were pretty amazing. Especially for a buch of people that like to go around masquerading as professionals.

That's not correct. Mainline pilots GAVE away scope, especially during the pre 9/11 years. During the BK's, it's not so cut and dried. But you are technically WRONG by saying that regional pilots have ANYTHING what so ever to do with the weak scope that the legacies now have. The regional pilots didn't paint their faces up, hop on a bunch of super stealth hawk helos and go in there SEAL Team 6 style and take it from legacies. The legacies gave it away. And I'll repeat a point im made a while back in another thread. If ALPA was a real union, they would have prevented the RJ's from even going to what was then the "commuters" and now the regionals in the first place. They would have protected jobs FIRST.

See the above. When you use the words "taken away". You have to ACTUALLY understand who took it. As well as who voluntarily gave it up. Either pre 9/11 BK era, or during the BK era.

Agree. But if there are any left at G7 from the initial startup, it's VERY similar to the "Freedom A" list of pilots under the MAG umbrella. There were those who knew full well what they were getting themselves into, and there are the later pilots that are simply taking whatever job they can get, get the experience, and move on.

Oh snap! That's a little ironic. FWIW, this person also recently won the "Tool" award for blabbing about their policy on tipping. Thanks for the entertainment L2R!

And you feel the right to hate the people that go there now that had nothing to do with it?
