GoJet Interview and Training

Thats how EVERYONE gets contracts. Its called competition. Its expected in business. The FACT is...Gojet was created for the SOLE PURPOSE of undercutting. GoJet exists for one reason, and one reason only...to UNDERCUT. Don't confuse competitive business practices (legitiment) with Alter-Ego operations (illegitiment).
oh...and kingbird might have the best avatar on APC. just sayin.

They didn't "grow a pair". They puffed out their chest & Uncle Hulie popped it like a balloon. Their pilot group and tough guy MEC didn't secure the a/c BEFORE they negotiated a new pay rate. Yes. It's their own fault. Not the pilots at G7. But they sure do like to blame every GoJet pilot for their problems.

All of the Trans States pilots & TSA sympathizers that keep running their mouth on this thread need to go to the Trans States thread and stay there. I don't see any GoJet pilots on "your" thread giving their opinion. Why don't you guys have some respect and stay off of this thread instead of coming on here with your dork gaf pics and silly remarks? The whole APC world gets it. Your upset and blame GoJet for all of your problems. This thread is about GoJet interviewing and information.

Exactly. I met several TSA guys while in STL the last two days, one who has been at G7 since Jan 3, and several others at the interview, all a bunch of nice people who seem to understand the reality of this industry. Those at the interview with me (TSA guys) were given an especially warm welcome by the G7 Recruiting Team. While this Country is founded upon democracy, it is ruled by a free market economy; what the market will bear. FWIW, the G7 team were very professional, kind, and accomadating. My hats off to them.
the management/labor relationship is another story, however (as it is most anywhere). There are some issues that need addressing, but the morale of the employee group is for the most part, good.

I just like how every negative comment on this thread about G7 must be from a TSA guy. A lot of them aren't. I have been and continue to hope that maybe there will be enough ex TSA/comair/whoever else joining G7 to actually make a difference at that place. The "union" is a joke and I've heard plenty of stories of the company operating by fear and intimidation from G7 guys themselves. All I'm saying is try to make it a better place to work. And I'm not saying if it is true or not .... but it is disconcerting when you hear stories of G7 union/management coming to TSH to try to underbid TSA on every piece of potential flying that TSA has.
