yeah? ive been furloughed, recalled, faked out on the recall, recalled again, furloughed again, never been off reserve, been abused by scheduling when understaffed, sat the bench while overstaffed, seen an airline go from 52 to 14 airplanes, been strung along in contract negotiations to settle for a laughable "signing bonus" so on and so on...i think weve earned the right to whine.

Exactly. I love how pilot unity continues to be made a punchline. Waterskiers; I feel so frickin' mad at what has happened to you. This what happens when pilots try to stand up for themselves; other pilots kick sand in your face and Monday morning quarterback ya...been seeing this since my flight training days, and yes kids, it continues looong after.

Amen, agreed with block30, TBucket, DryMotor.....you guys DO get it.
It's hard to understand how it feels to lose your job because someone is willing to undercut you until it happens. The TSA group actually grew a pair and people have the nerve to speak to them like this? I'll just be interested to see what happens down the line if G7 is ever underbid by a new entrant.

Here's whats funny in this industry....
You have a pilot group going through negotiations for a new contract or just pay/new airframes or whatever and the mantra by every other pilot who does not work there is "Hold the line! Don't lower the bar! You lower the bar this time then my airline will not get the raise I deserve and I won't be able to feed my family!"
The pilots hold the line and don't back down, and get screwed anyways. then 1 year later those same ones telling them to hold the line apply at an alter ego/spinup/completely new/foreign company with even lower pay (but hey fast upgrade) because I had to feed my family. Their defense is "you had your chance you turned it down." Not directed at GoJet just all the guys at every airline that have pulled this "don't lower the bar" stunt. I've seen it enough where I know the ones that shout "unity" really mean "my family" 90% of he time...Unity is fantasy

All of the Trans States pilots & TSA sympathizers that keep running their mouth on this thread need to go to the Trans States thread and stay there. I don't see any GoJet pilots on "your" thread giving their opinion. Why don't you guys have some respect and stay off of this thread instead of coming on here with your dork gif pics and silly remarks? The whole APC world gets it. Your upset and blame GoJet for all of your problems. This thread is about GoJet interviewing and information.
