I am not. As I said I am new to this, which means that I have just applied to few airlines. I was considering GoJet, but there are few reasons that made me reconsidere my options: There are no information about GJ. Everybody seams to hate them.

It's sort of like asking a thief if it's okay to steal. You are the only one who has to look at yourself in the mirror. If Go Jet is really what you want no one here is stopping you.
Well, in other threads has been brought out that a pilot before chosing the airline should do some research. I am nt looking for anyone's permission. Who do you think I am? Also this thread is about gathering information not to discuss the reason behind my actions.

So you're doing your research before you choose where to throw your applications? Excellent job. A lot of people don't do that, which is incredible, considering this is your career that you've sunk a lot of time and money into. You now have numero uno for the top of your "I don't want to go there" list.

I have this weird feeling that this guy will end up at G7...you don't need to be a rocket-scientist to know that you shouldn't be going there. In fact, that you are actively researching them as a viable option makes me wonder about you. Any normal guy would have had his answer three seconds after opening the first-thread.

My advice? Just make sure you know why we dislike GoJet so much, so that you may educate others. Don't ask anything more of what it is like to work there

Yea but in retrospect, there are probably more guys deciding not to go to G7 because of this website than there are guys who are going after visiting here.

Me personally i could care alot less. I dont give a flying fart if one more guy goes there or not, but Im sure if i was TSA I would feel different.

I am amazed by your arrogance. Who do you believe to be to judge a person that is trying to make his way in this industry?

And no thanks, I cant care less of your advice after your comments.

So I guess if there was a picket line to cross or some struck work to fly, you'd be all over that too if it helped advance your career? Seriously, do we need to explain why you shouldn't do that either?

I say go to GoJets. You have the personality for it. Just don't be surprised if you are accosted in a hotel van (did it myself to a guy in RDU who was whining about their work rules. Clueless) or when you get mad dogged walking through the airport (did it to a GoJet boob in PWM who was all smiles and chatty in the security line. All he got was a mean stare and a shake of the head.)

Look, you come here with questions and looking for answers. You're getting them but seem upset they aren't in the form you'd like. I don't think internet message boards are always so clear cut. You need to have think skin and read between the lines if you're going to discuss emotionally charged issues.

Why is this an emotionally charged issue? It really should be clear if you do a search. Or see post 49.

It's obvious this is a touchy subject. I hate to lock this because there is some good why and how stuff here. I'd like to third the motion that further discussion on this issue be carried out with the upmost in professionalism. That will do more to educate folks than flamebait will.

Why not just work TSA
I think they are the same hiring mins, what I think are better work rules, in my opinion better pilot group.

I know there is alot of whining here over go jets, and there is that much or more info explaning the situation over there. I know TSA is hiring like crazy for the next few months,

For every person that heads anywhere other than go jet, that is one less person that later down that road wont hold their 50 seat payscale over my head, and the heads of my union brother and sisters in our contract talks.

I have said it before, what appears to be the first fight between the two companies is fading, but a new and bigger one is just around the corner.

People that want goto go jet offend me because I take that they are personaly going after my job. That very well may not be your intent. I dont care, I will still feel threatened by it, and it will keep my on guard.

Let me ask Redbaron this. TSA?

you could have a stl bas, or ord base. both fly united.
Money about the same
life better at the tsa

or you just hell bent on CRJ flying?
