GoJet was created by TSH to allow the company to fly 70 seat jets. Due to scope at American, TSA cannot fly any jet larger than 50 seats. Therefor, TSH created a "new" airline to do the flying. Thats all fine and dandy if you keep one seniority list as Republic has. We all know that isn't the case.
Section 1 Paragraph C sub Paragraph 2
That company shall not create or acquire an alter ego to avoid the terms and conditions of the Agreement
I challange all the ones on this post saying there has not been any evidence posted to show point of fact.
I do not know how to make it any clearer

On here, i just do not spend alot of time getting all of my thoughts in a straight line. I just get agitated by people that always find it a service to the forum correting people's grammer and their typing style.
I am sure you are just kidding, or just trying to be friendly, and I was not offended. This is my 5th day on the road, and I start getting a short temper when I want to go home and there are other things that I want to be doing than sitting here in the hotel.
I am sure you can understand where I am coming from, and I know I am not the only one that gets stuck on the road for a long time. But at the same time I get short tempered.
Now I will get agitated again, cause I spent this much time explaining myself, and it will take a few more post on this thread to get back on track again
Anyone that knows me knows that I am not wired quite right, and I get off on little tangents.

And you dump lavs for a living. What's your point?
You'd probably feel the same way if United, or Skywest, or whoever you worked for decided to subcontract ramp work at DEN to an outside company like Swissport or ATS and pay their employees minimum wage with no bennefits. But hey, you throw bags and dump lavs so you know everything about this industry right?

Why do I even bother? Most of the people I'm arguing with here are likely the ones who don't think they don't need to bother with college--and it's obvious many of you haven't--to be an airline pilot.

Could you BE more naive? Of course TSA was created to steal flying away from Eagle; stealing market share is what EVERY business is created for.

TSA was NOT created to steal flying away from EAGLE..where do you get your information.
TWA created TSA to FEED THEIR AIRLINE into STL. Eventually, yes TSA took some of eagles flying AFTER American Airlines BOUGHT THEM, but that WAS NOT the point of their creation.
Get a clue.
