Unpolitical opinion on GoJet

Mr. Baggage Tosser,
You are setting a fine example to aspiring baggage handlers. What amazes me, is how you constantly claim your dislike towards crybabies, while you sit in your ops station crying about an issue you know nothing about. Perhaps you should follow these simple steps which will make your posts more credible.
Step 1) Get an education
Step 2) Spend your life savings on flying lessons
Step 3) Get a job
Step 4) Lose your job to someone who hasn't paid their dues
Step 5) Comment on www.airlinepilotforums.com

Speaking of education, "Your" should read "You're" a contraction of the two words "you are."[/quote]
Really!?! YOUR first APC post is a spell check. That's what fired you up enough to come out of the shadows and post a response? Nice contribution.

First time i saw a US-Air crew give a America West crew the finger, and watch another airways airbus taxi TOWARDS the bus i was jumpseating in, down in PHX, it appears that there are harsh/brutal people throughout the industry, it's not only limited to the regional level.

We have block or better, have had it for some time, even when gojet was operating without it, we also never have to spend a DAY OFF, sitting at some outstation, or somewhere that's NOT our base...Congrats to gojet on getting OUR 8 year old contract, 8 years later....lol, that's raising the bar.

Bottom line: TSA, Eagle, GoJet, whatever regional you talk about, at some point or another has screwed another. Let's all get over it and move on. Isn't the goal to get your time and move on to better things anyway?

Hmm...and you TSAers flying former Eagle 145s for less pay than Eagle as American Connection is raising the bar too? Or maybe you weren't even an airline pilot back when all that went down (2001-2002). Oh, but this is a bash GoJet only thread I guess...

No, the point is HOW you're screwed. Taking routes, is part of the game. The ups and downs of the industry, always directly relates to..well..ups and downs for the airlines. Taking routes is one thing, but management creating another airline, because they didn't want to give fair pay the existing one is an entirely different story.
