Right. Your fight is with Hulas and the original guys, period. I'm not making excuses for Hulas or the TSA pilots who sold out their buddies when they jumped ship; you're certainly entitled to take issue with them, deny them jumpseats, whatever makes you feel better. But to take out your wrath on pilots who came to the party much later and had absolutely nothing to do with any past shadiness is simply petty and vindictive, and reflects poorly on the profession. If you're goig to fault them for taking a job with Orenstein-esque management, keep in mind that you TSA guys did the exact same thing.

There's one universal truth in business: success comes at someone else's expense. Virtually every company has a shady past; the ones you think don't are just better at concealing it, or it was so long ago that no one remembers it anymore. And that goes for TSA, too.
According to this logic, the vast majority of topics out there can be considered "opinion." The Bible may not be a proven fact, but that doesn't make it untrue. Society has a way of making things acceptable or not. Less than 200 years ago we had slaves in this country. The idea of slaves today is appalling to any sane american (an opinion, I presume).

Agreed that success comes at another's expense, but there are accepted ways to gain that success. This country prides itself on capitalism; honest competition. I believe society looks down on dishonest competition. The fact that the vast majority of pilots feel that GoJet is dishonest competition has a strong influence. Does it make it fact? Perhaps not. But it's certainly not an absurd argument considering the evidence at hand.

Is that what time it is?
In that case, you have my most profound apologies; I was operating under the mistaken impression that it was time for rampers to actually do their jobs. How silly of me.

You lack both the qualifications and credibility to make that statement

The blame falls solely at the feet of TSA management and the Go Jet pilots who made a choice.
I will only agree that TSA managment is to blame. As far as blaming GJ pilots, then alot of the other regionals are to blame for taking flying away from AE, ASA, Comair, and all the regionals are to blame for taking the flying away from Majors/Legacy's. It's a circle. As I said I have friends that fly for GJ and I would DARE the TSA pilots or other regional pilots to go and put the blame on them. It will be funny since the majority of the guys I know at GJ were ex TWA or AA and some military. Basically been around before a lot of the 10-20 year old TSA, SKW and other regional pilots were even born. Blame managment, not pilots. Your working for a dollar more or less than everybody else.

I disagree - he has a computer and free time. That would seem to be the only qualifications required to post an opinion...

Here you go, slick..... I BLAME THEM!.... It really doesn't matter where they came from or how long they have been flying... Are the scabs at some of the majors any less than scabs??? And "friends" at scabjet? Don't you mean fellow sores??? The TSA MEC AND its pilot group, BOTH, turned down the scabjet flying. A vote of 75%, as I recall......P.S. Nice job on the spelling... Its improving...
