For one, you assume G7's 50-seat rate will remain static forever. Second, a raise is a raise; SkyWest's pilots just voted in a raise that amounts only to 0.32% for 2nd-year RJ guys. Third, would it really be that easy for the company to transfer the flying to G7? Why not call their bluff and find out?

Right, right....its all ok because the MEC refused to negotiate a pay reduction for TSA pilots FORCING Hulas to take a play right out of the Ornstien playbook and get around the contract by going non-union. You may not fly at GoJet but you sound like a perfect candidate for them. Again, you have not submitted ONE source in any of your posts that support your view that getting around the contract wasn't the only reason GoJet was formed. Can you? I mean do you even fly 121??? For the record it wasn't MY MEC....I never worked at TSA. Just support the union TSA pilots or any other legitimate union (notice I said LEGITIMATE) pilots for that matter.

Has anyone really read that contract.
I just opened it and went to page 88
That was enough to **** me off and stop reading for now
I find this to be a problem down the road
I am not going to directly quote,
Just read page 88
while this may not be news anymore, it was new to me, and not real pleased

Based on the companies desire to negotiate new contracts, it might as well be forever. By the time we do get our 8 year old rates "up" to what g0jet is paying, respectable carriers will have already moved up even further. We would remain behind industry standard.
Our union is in the process of doing that. We have been in contract negotiations for more than 2 years.

Do you know any of the others with initials S.P., D.K., D.R.,P.P.,C.F., P.S.,E.O.,J.A.,Y.B ?
I could go on, but it won't be necessary 'cause you have NO clue about what your spouting off about

His knowledge of the subject is Wikipedia at best.

Do you even know how long ago those rates were agreed on?
The TSA contract expired almost FOUR YEARS AGO!!!!!
When the offer was made to us at TSA for the 70 seat flying back in 2005, it would have been a 65 cent raise for me to transition to the CRJ-700. Did you hear me? I said SIXTY FIVE CENTS!!!!! to fly a plane that holds up to 20 more passengers with increased cargo space.
You tell me what you would do with the extra money?
A complete and total joke of an offer.
Just like GoJet, a total joke of an airline
