I got the CJO in early July. She told me they needed to clean up the waitlist since she expected a number of people to have gone elsewhere, and they would then assign me a class date in a few months. She said having my full ATP was a positive since I could fill in for a last minute class cancellation. I'm expecting some time in 2025.

Flight to Nowhere
The day I decided to quit GoJet Airlines was a Tuesday. A Tuesday like any other, except that morning, my flight was delayed by a whopping seven hours. We sat on the tarmac, watching the world go by through the grimy windows.
I’d been with GoJet for seventeen years, and while the pay was decent, the job was starting to feel like a hamster wheel. The constant delays, the cramped quarters, the endless complaints from passengers – it was taking a toll on my mental health.
But the final straw came that Tuesday. As we finally taxied to the gate, a passenger approached me, her face flushed with anger. “You know, I’ve missed my daughter’s birthday party because of this delay,” she said, her voice trembling. “I’m never flying with GoJet again.”
I felt a pang of guilt. I knew she wasn’t alone. Countless passengers had missed important events, lost jobs, or simply endured hours of discomfort because of GoJet’s unreliable service. And I was complicit.
That night, as I lay awake in bed, I decided it was time for a change. I couldn’t continue to be part of a company that seemed more interested in profits than passenger satisfaction. The next morning, I handed in my resignation.
As I walked out of the airport for the last time, I couldn’t help but feel a sense of relief. I had finally taken control of my life and chosen a path that would lead me to a more fulfilling career. And as for GoJet? Well, I hoped they would someday learn that a happy crew leads to happy passengers, and that a reputation for reliability is worth more than a few extra dollars in the pocket of Hula's estate.

We are now balanced on CAs and FOs so I would expect FO hiring to ramp up in the next few months as we expand. We are adding another 10 planes in the next 6 months. High time FOs are being prioritized as well as aviate and wingman program participants. Then off the street hires who sign the contract. From what I have heard, if you don’t sign the contract, you won’t get a date unfortunately.

Said the sheep describing the nice wolf. Everyone in the world who has experience with Gojet and read you post has labled you a Sheep. And they all know the feeling because at one time they were each a Sheep too. Gojet will eat you alive. Your life will be hell.
