I greatly appreciate the time you guys took to list specific examples.
It certainly sounds like 100% valid criticism and awful behavior.
However, and I know some of you want like to hear this response, but right now GoJet is basically the only option for me.
Plus I will get to live in base. Also, while yes I know this holds much less gravity than your litany of verifiable grievances. talking to many new hires within the past 1 year or so, it does seem they are better now.
Whether that is a temporary facade with their true colors only concealed, is yet to be seen.
I am praying that I have a good employment experience them, and trust God that things will work out.
But again, I do greatly appreciate the incite.

Fair enough. Study hard, study in groups, have chapter 3 SOP memorized entirely.
And day 1 of employment at Gojet should be day 1 of your search for a better job. Every month you're still at Gojet is a month of lost seniority at a place where your number matters.
Your seniority number at Gojet isn't worth anything. Don't make the mistake of getting attached to anything keeping you at Gojet.
LIke having stage 4 cancer or being broke with no income, working at Gojet is an ongoing life emergency that you must fight like hell to get out of.
Good luck with the cancer.

In addition to all the above remember that Gojet as created with the express purpose of breaking airline unions and using pay, benefits and work rules well below the already low regional standards. It was essentially the airline equivalent of a scab.

Well what can I say, other than, hopefully the cancer stays in remission long enough for me to do my time and move on to bigger and better major airlines.
In the meantime Im certainly going to try to remain positive and trust God's plans.
I'll be sure to report back and give updates along the way.

I do not have cancer. In case there was any confusion.
But no worries about being a dick. I obviously wanted peoples opinions about the company (even if I *want* them to be positive opinions to affirm my choice of employment)

Sorry, just to clarify the "cancer being in remission" was in response to the other gentleman saying working at goJet is like having cancer rahter than being broke and homeless.
