Does anybody know why ship N653CA has not been re-registered? All of the other CRJ-550s have been re-registered as N5**GJ but not this one. And those others were re-registered a long time ago - for example N712EV has a pending change to 517GJ that was filed on 09/11/2019. faa.gov
Going to Skywest.

They are all going to Skywest, United is done with the way that TSH treats its employees. They are done with that ticking time bomb of TSH firing employees for going on mandatory reserve military functions, for being injured on the job, for having diabetes. It's only a matter of time until that behavior gets credited to United. Skywest is losing some Delta flying and can handle the Gojet Flying.
It's just a matter of finishing the negotiations.
Also, remember what TSH did to United in February. They went to United and said we can't get pilots to fly the planes, we are shutting down, go F yourselves and have a nice day. United had to scramble, take the planes and send them to Expressjet. But they had to **** off the express jet pilots and send their 175s to Skywest. United can't do business with people they can't rely upon.

Wiskey’s press release said they wanted to get the 550 on their certificate... basically just because.
They denied having anything lined up a couple months ago....
I also doubt those 550’s are coming back to SkyWest.

I dont know if GoJet is getting more 550s or not, but the 20 aircraft that were suppose to come from Mesa are no longer coming. Mesa is planning on keeping those 700s and converting them and opening bases in ORD and EWR with them while the 20 new ejets go to IAD. This was brought up at Mesas last earnings call and townhall.

Seems like everyone is getting ready to fight over the 700s. ZW is adding them to their certificate, Mesa, GJ and probably Skw I would imagine.

Man, I don’t think OO wants anything to do with 550’s to be honest. We’ve got enough going on right now.
I don’t think the investment would be warranted right now.
