Thanks for breaking it all down. Very kind.

You come over 20 year longevity (top of the chart) and stay there.

So if my wife really wants me to based in STL, would I get my longevity from all of my 121 carriers? I was at SkyWest for 11 years and Southwest for one.

Only if you are currently flying 121

Do you get the 1:1 credit if you are at a FAR 135 fractional?

They have announced quite a few 135 outfits that will get the 1:1 transfer. The best person to ask that question would be a recruiter, honestly...

I suggest that it be put in writing, and nobody should rely on what a recruiter says unless it is backed up in writing.

GoJet is doing the match for part 135 operators that operate under scheduled commuter regulations. Examples: Mountain Air Cargo, Cape Air, Air Choice One, Bemidji Air...

Is there a cap on the longevity match? Can't imagine they'd hire someone who would go to the top of the payscale.

Be aware that although the longevity pay is great you will be at that pay until you reach actual time. Meaning, if you come from XYZ airline and we’re on 4 year pay you will get 4th year (probably captain pay) with GoJet but you will be in 4th year pay until you reach 4 years WITH GOJET. Still not bad because of a few contractual raises over the next few years but just keep that in mind.
