I don't bully people on here, I don't shut people down and I'm not management. If you knew me, you'd know I frequently post on here about asking people to not apply until our deal is voted in. Which I wholeheartedly stand by. If this TA gets shot down, we seriously need people to hold off applying and accepting class dates.

What is so underwhelming about it?

The pay rates is what makes it underwhelming for me. At least from an outsider looking not understanding all of your work rules.
Just giving a prospective from a prospective new hire (current regional CA) that is losing interest in applying.
Not suggesting that I’m automatically going to be hired or given a slot anyway. Just giving a point of reference.

Oh man... I was just trying to be funny. The original post was basically a an unemployed guy who had zero interest in working here, coming into our forum to sh*t on us and then leave. I was just going for a little light humor after his dark post.

I have been reading the forums because I wanted to learn more about what’s going on. Before I read about F9 I was thinking about applying. I was really disappointed to learn they don’t put you up in a hotel during training and how low the pay is etc. It was really frustrating to learn more about what they’ve put you guys through.
I think I’m more on your side than you think. Perhaps I didn’t word the original message well and I was misunderstood.
One more time; it’s hard for me to imagine how F9 has attracted as many applicants as it has considering the way things are. I’m not personally attacking anyone who flies for F9 or who is applying. I don’t know their personal circumstances and I wouldn’t take it out on them.
I’m sure there are a lot of pilots who question my current career move. It would be a lot easier to give in and go fly corporate for reasonable pay than to go fly for a regional. You could argue that I’m part of the problem perhaps because I’m willing to work for regional pay. I have my reasons and they make sense to me.

jeeezus....
I'll make up my mind, as will the rest of the sane people here, when we have the full TA in hand.
