Not to mention this company will do anything to not pay us. They are stepping over dollars to save pennies. I’m hearing that they are going to cut back block hours in January to the tune of 1600+ hours because we don’t have enough pilots!!! And you still think you want to come here?

The company is having a difficult time recruiting and filling classes with quality applicants. Most major companies are hiring now. Why would anyone want to come to Frontier and make less than $2000 take home salary! Spirit, Delta, Southwest, American, Atlas, and many others are hiring now.
