if You’re coming here expect to be on reserve for a year. You’ll be used on every day of your schedule. What’s left in the open time is crap red eyes and unproductive 3-4 days. You’ll feel under threat of being fired for calling in sick, FMLA, or fatigued. Realistically upgrade is 4-5 years for anyone being hired today. To top all that off you pay for your own hotel during training. So why are you coming here? Wait for Spirit to call you. JetBlue if you’re east coast. Stay where you are until a legacy calls.

It pains me to imagine what life as a new hire here will be like. Commuting to reserve for a year is bad enough, but doing it under our current operational environment is downright inhumane. Never breaking guarantee, while flying the worst of the worst trips in our system (delayed double redeyes). All for a whopping $1,050 twice a month.
I can't think of a worse way to make a buck in this business than F9 right now.
