Very Confused!!
Guys, I'm new to this thread "Because" I'm coming back to the cockpit! Yes, I'm old school and used the politically I correct terminology. I'd been thinking about Frontier because I live in Denver and I have a fascination with the technical aspects of the Airbus. But got damn...u Guys have depressed me and being ex-military myself as well that's damn hard to do but you bunch a Crabs in a Bucket have done it.
Listen, you guys need to look at this from a different perspective!
Please, Please help me understand why many of you have "Suffered" because I could Not! And did not. Like many of you, I had an undergraduate in something else and when Aviation wouldn't pay me...I said "F*#kit" for quite a while and walked away No matter how much I loved it. I felt mistreated, used and underpaid for my many years if skill....Now that the Industry is on One Knee in a WWF cage match capitulating "apparently Everywhere But Frontier" and offering pretty damn good pay now, I'm willing to come back to the Industry because I can be paid a decent wage. Why the Hell did you guys take getting screwed for Years? I left the industry in 2010 and am just now contemplating a comeback. I've gotten 4 Post cards a year...."Come Fly for Us" since 2016 begging me to come back (of course not just me) Operators are sending invites to all ATP's with an active medical. My point is I now feel valued, I think in part because I was willing to walk away from a "Relationship" with aviation. You guys stayed and were "Abused"! Think about that analogy! You're still being Abused and you're accepting it. Don't let anything in life mistreat you because if they can get away with it...They Will!! And in this case...they have been. For you guys that are less than 7 yrs invested ...why are you guys still staying? Some of you really sound like you are bit#-&_ing at a spouse you don't get along with. (I had one of those too... guess what... she's gone Too!). You guys need to Dump the Zero and get a Hero (as cliche as that sounds) or at the very least...just not have to bi@&h about a damn job that can be replaced. How many of you guys have told a Chic she can be replaced? Really it's not worth feeling the way you guys sounds!
I'll tell you another bit of information..when I left the cockpit my other career was in finance and a previous poster hit the Nail on the Head! Frontier and Spirit are investments owned by Indigo, the worst kind of investor "Private Equity". Frankly, I'm not sure which is worst for an employee...a Hedge Fund owner or Private Equity owner but they are both pretty damned close in a race to maximize their ROI which means minimizing their Cost/your salary! I'm fairly sure I'm going to end up in the Regionals but where ever I go... I'm going to make damn sure I'm happy and being treated decent or I'll leave again!!

So, let me point out where your troll attempt breaks down...
Second, you suffer from the fallacy of commonality. Any pilot (military or not) should know the airline business well enough to know how seniority works and that moving from airline to airline is unprofitable. Plus, your thought process that of the 1000 pilots Frontier has, all of them have the same background as you and are in a position to be able to just walk away and still be able to feed their families? This shows poor trolling techique on your part.
Lastly is your whole premise is circular and ridiculous...you scold us for being a part of a company that you ADMITTINGLY are considering joining!!!!! That's like saying "you guys suck and are stupid for staying at such a s*%t company" but then go on to say you're considering joining said company. Wow. A new low for troll attempts with that one.
So, let me score your Troll Attempt:
For TROLL LANGUAGE and HATE INCITING, I score a 7. Not bad if this is your first run at it.
You get a 2 for TROLL DICTION with all the grammar errors, run on sentences, lack of punctuation, etc. Which makes it hard to believe you have an undergraduate degree and/or were ever in the military.
For TROLL ORIGINALITY, I score this a 2. Pretty new idea I must admit so you get a few points w/ the whole "returning to the cockpit ideal." But, do you really want people to believe you're ex-military? With that kind of diction? That's an insult to all who ever put on a uniform. And that just aint cool.
And finally, for TROLL TOTAL EFFORT, I score this piece a 4. A fairly weak attempt but if this is your first, I've actually seen worse so don't be too distraught. Or, since you're military, I give this ride a Q2 with multiple downgrades (as explained above).
I would bet many others would score you much lower but I'm a Santa Clause (so they tell me). I almost Q3d you. Either way, you got some work to do...go back, delete this screenname, create a new one and try again.
Make your next one funnier if you can...
