Frontier Hiring.

Hey all,
While testing the waters to see what it might take to break into the airline industry, I was led to this site and couldn't help but be taken aback by the disparaging remarks concerning Frontier's career outlook and business practices. Granted, I come from a place of ignorance concerning the day to day, ins and outs, of this industry but to see all the negative comments both surprised and saddened me.
I implore anyone who is speaking ill of this company's practices to view this: https://www.netflix.com/watch/701900...7aafb-47318887
If you don't have Netflix this video is available any places on the internet. I will let you decide whether it is worth watching if you are not able to view it within the confines of the law.
At any rate, regardless of worldly numbers, statistics, and expectations, this is a company and a CEO that I would be PROUD to work for. Mr. Bedford has his ear to the ground and is actively listening and responding to the heartbeat of his workers and their families. Sure the pay is lower. Sure there is stiff competition. Sure the unions make things more complex then they need to be. But at the end of the day, Mr. Bedford has a heart first for God, then his Family, and then his earthly appointment and he is bringing something to the dark and greedy world of corporate America that not many can stand up and say "I'll do that."
Of course, there will be naysayers to this piece, but "Blessed are you when people hate you, when they exclude you and insult you and reject your name as evil, because of the Son of Man." - Luke 6:22
We need to stand up for men like this, who boldly go against the norms and the status quo of this world, and follow Jesus to make a real impact on those who are open to receive.
I hope this message finds you all blessed immeasurably and all of the complaints and grievances you may have with this company or with Mr. Bedford are put to rest. Thank you for taking the time to read this message and may God bless you and increase your station as He sees fit.

"And I am convinced that nothing can ever separate us from God's love. Neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither our fears for today nor our worries about tomorrow--not even the powers of hell can separate us from God's love." - Romans 8:38
PS: If you are unable to use Netflix, Google Undercover Boss, Season 2, Episode 4

Fair enough...
I can understand the replies I have received so far. As you pointed out "I come from a place of ignorance". However, one life lesson, biblical or not, is negativity begets negativity. If you are frustrated, take action! That's all that post was doing. It's a call to action regardless of religious or spiritual inclinations. At least it got ya'll talking about something other than grievances for a moment. I am sorry if I offended anyone in talking about something I readily admit I have no background in and no understanding of the industry. I created an account to simply share another point of view, which is what we all are doing. At the end of the day, you can't CHANGE what I say (though it may be deleted) but you can CHOOSE to do something about it. If things were better off then make them that way again, If you are having personal problems, tell someone about it, If you love the company you work for, tell people why. One small step can go a long way...

Bedford talked the talk, but he did not walk the walk.

Thank You!
Wow! If he's forgotten the first fruits, then I completely understand why my comments may have stirred up some ire... I apologize again if anyone was offended. It really just goes to show we have ONE thing to trust in, but that He is ENOUGH. Very discouraging. Does the company still have the heartbeat it was founded with or has the new management lost its way, as well?

Nope...
Perhaps I should of been more clear. That was OpenClimb.
You, on the other hand can check out Romans 1:16 for my direct response, Mr/Mrs. SassyPants!
PS: I apologize if anyone WAS offended. I never apologized FOR offending them. Being offended is a choice just like anything else on this earth. You can choose what to do with that. I've made my choice.

Can you please take your religious BS somewhere else? If you want to believe in an imaginary man in the sky, that is your business, and I certainly will not stand in your way. You have shown through your posts that you know nothing about Frontire or Bedford. I’m sure there are of plenty of more appropriate forums, where you and the other believers can wax poetic about Mark, Jon, Paul and Ringo X:XX. This isn’t the place.
