If you are not already flying, (and thus don't need to check in after your flight) and you haven't been assigned a sequence by 10 am, you're released. Go home. Turn off your phone.

We need a Northeast base or a West base. I think Philly is number one for the Northeast spot, and I'm getting a Phoenix feeling. Vegas feels obvious for a lot of people, but I'm guessing it's not the choice. Also, we've started recruiting on the east coast. Coincidence?
Of course when JetBlue buys us we won't need to worry about east coast bases. However they would like to see west coast expansion so maybe Phoenix is number one! Hahahahaha!!

I heard that Delta is trying "Virtual Basing" where they deadhead the crew to the Virtual Base to start a trip.....you start at home maybe? I haven't heard all the details.
