Instead of canceling like most smart companies Frontier tries to power through it and now shot themselves in the foot.

I heard that 30 rampers walked off the job last night. Does anybody know if there's any truth to that?

Heads should be rolling over at the GO. But we all know that ain't gonna happen. It is inconceivable to me that things are still this f'd up 24 hours after the snow storm. I know I shouldn't be surprised. I guess this is what we have to look forward to every time it snows in Denver from now on.

I'm not sure why scheduling has a complete inability to do something as simple as assign trips to reserves and make vja calls. So many open trips right now and so many unused reserves. It is ridiculous.

This operation has been an on and off again total cluster-****. How does our VP of Operations still have his job?! Can anyone explain to me what good it does to operate under this new model of business if it falls flat on its face every 2-3 months? It obviously needs some major tweaking, first step is showing Bill Meehan the door!

Unfortunately since we're a private company it would be worthless to have a "vote of no confidence," like SWAPA executed (shortly before getting a TA that took a better part of the decade to negotiate). What can ALPA do to voice our frustration with our operations?

I'm sorry if I came off as dramatic but not everyone travels for the holiday on Christmas Day. Most people don't have the money to buy a last minute ticket on another airline when F9 says we can't get you there for another 5 days.

Do you really think Frontier isn't getting applications by the dozens from guys with busted check rides, DUI's, or arrest records? I can't imagine squeaky clean four year degree PIC's applying to you and not anyone else on the planet. I doubt this guy will stick out too bad.
