Silver bullet doesn't change anything for minimums. I thought they had hard mins, so not sure what to think about "preferred".

I just went through the interview process, and was hired. They stated during the interview and log book checks that they don't budge on times and requirements.

Preferred: 2500 TT, 750 ME, 500 PIC, 500 Turbine. Internal Recommendations always help.

I wonder if that has anything to do with the fact that less than 10 out of 100 who are called are actually showing up for an interview?

Sounds like they would rather compromise on the minimums and call back people from interviews that did not get hired - and say - we changed our mind there's a class next week than cough up a few buck$ for hotels.

The race to the bottom continues. I realize TT and experience aren't the end all be all when it comes to hiring good pilots but by lowering the mins they must really be getting desperate.
