Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe longer than 6 months if you want ORD (base size maxed out bc we can't get more gates), less than six months if you take DEN (most of upgrades coming from there, creating movement), less than six months if you take MCO (base still growing). All subject to change of course, and I believe we will open a new base in 2017 which will greatly shake things up (your guess is as good as anyone's on where the new base will be)!

Seems quite accurate.

ORD is 6 months right now for a base. More growth executed there and MCO for next year.

Not so sure.
I was/am a flight risk, but was still hired (BS degree, military experience, 6K TT, 1.4K TPIC, clean resume, good grades, yada yada). But that was over a year ago. I'm not sure if much has changed in hiring since then (other than the training contract).
I could easily be wrong, but flight risk on paper doesn't seem to stop you from being interviewed, as far as I have seen.

The big order is 80 A320 NEOs. They begin this month, and are scheduled for 5 years. That's a new plane every 3 weeks. We also have 7 or 8 more 321s coming. Total fleet plan is 120 airplanes, up from 57 today. A lot of, if not all of our current 319s are going away

I think Denver might have the fastest movement. It's a much larger domicile therefore a lot of the future upgrades will come from the Denver FO list. I really don't want to guess how long to get off rsv, but someone else guessed 6 months and I don't disagree.

We did not run and upgrades for about 6 months, but now that that's over and lots of hiring and upgrades are coming, there should be decent movement. All we need is a damn contract!
