Our class was 7 weeks with around a week off before starting IOE.

All new hires have been getting DEN to start, but usually getting their base of choice within a bid or two.

Evey hotel in that area is like 150+ a night even the roach motels are 70+. What do new hires do to make it those 7 weeks?

Read back a few pages, plenty of crashpads. Check out luvsuites.com (not a SWA pad BTW)

The Staybridge hotel across from F9 HQ is about $70 a night.
There's a Days Inn also in the area for $65.

And then what? Walk to SSS every day? How about in the winter? Ground school is no longer at the general offices.

Your guess is as good as mine. Not being at the GO those hotels won't work without a ride.
There was a hotel that provided a shuttle to the SSS for the SkyWest guys. Maybe that's an option.

I have an ATP, 2200 hours, current and qualified Part 121 on a 747-400, Former USAF Instructor & 1,000+ PIC, 135 experience, and got the Thanks but no thanks email today from Frontier. Can anyone help me figure out how to get in with these guys?
