So the company is quoted as saying..."We think all parties interest are better served by productive interaction at the bargaining table.”
Have you asked one of the negotiators how things seem to be progressing at said bargaining table? It seems from the newsletters that there is ZERO productivity whatsoever. In fact, the company is stalling. Unprepared and requesting offsets in the form of vacation givebacks and uniform allowance slashing? They say that Karma is a beeeeotch and I only hope this bunch of d-nozzles at the GO get what's coming to them sooner rather than later. Their recent success can be attributed to the ship on a rising tide phenomenon. As we've seen in the last few months, throw in some operational difficulties and challenges, and look what happens to the operation. Our departure and arrival metrics are an embarrassment. What does the company do to address? They send Biffle and Meehan out on the ramp...as a sign of what? The chief pilots have departed the reservation on the Concorde, and crew scheduling is violating the contract with willful disregard.
To those interested in Frontier, stop showing up for interviews and classes. Don't **** your $'s away on a job fair handjob, and look at all the others hiring with much better rules, pay, and management. From a pilot's perspective, this place is circling the short to medium-term drain and long term is a roll of the dice.

I agree with motorboatin. The company needs pilots. YOU DO NOT NEED THEM. You can do way better then what they are offering you. Allegiant thinks you are worth 40% more money then Frontier does. Never mind what Delta, United, or Americcsn value you at.
Regarding Sect 6 negotiations the company has offered ZERO proposals regarding pay, retirement or insurance. They are actively thumbing their noses at the current pilots and any pilots that would come here.

PHX, i think you will get a call soon. From what i have been hearing and reading 2+ job fairs will get you noticed. Once you upgrade they will probably call for sure. Good luck

We use id90travel for listing. I've heard of OAL guys having trouble figuring out their login information-if that's the case for you they can list you at the gate
