No kidding man. Nothing these guys do is in "good faith". The fact that anyone buys into a single thing they say is unbelievable.

In '86 the purchase of (the original) Frontier by United was announced. That same year it was United ALPA that killed the deal publicly and Frontier went under, and all those folks lost their jobs. The general sentiment was that the Frontier pilots had supported United pilots during their contract negotiations, so essentially the Frontier pilots felt double-crossed. That would be lesson being referenced, I believe.

No west coast base in works at all.
MCO will continue to grow. DEN and ORD will also just not as much as MCO.
Might end up with 3-4 more aircraft than planned by years end due to keeping airframes that were supposed to go back.
Next year big delivery year. Bigger year for hiring.

For what it's worth, from the school house. This is the airline industry, wait a month and this will all change.

Great atmosphere at the school house from management and instructors.
Just to clarify, the June class should still be happening. Haven't been notified otherwise and they sent an email today to set up transportation if needed. June class will be the plug for a couple of months, I guess.

You are correct, June is the last class until September.

Correct. Didn't mean to mislead anyone. June is ON.

New hire here....
They told us that with increased summer flying & lots of LCA's vacation bids we'd have to cancel a lot of flights to get folks through sims & FTD's so no class in July or August. Interviews to resume in July & classes in September to hire another 80 by year end.

That's great news, thanks for the update. Looks like the Sept class won't spend much time on reserve.
