I'm curious as what to expect out of the MCO interviews?
The email say:
"Message from your Interviewer
Please note that this is not a formal interview and no offers will be made. Expect to spend between 10-20 minutes with a recruiter inside of the hour that you have scheduled.
Thank you and see you in Orlando,

Some guy placed wooden coat hangars in the Airbus coat closets with "Thanks for a great 1st year" written in black Sharpie. I believe it was the same new hire who came in on a day off with a tube of Loctite to secure loose screws on our iPad mounts. Destined for management... The same new hire spent most of a 3 day trip trying to convince me the moisture raining down on the pilot group from management was, in fact, rain and not something else.

Don't be a d!ck. It's not as if the new guy put new hangers in Jackie Peter's closet (that's the VP of labor relations). I assume it was intended as a thank you to his/her fellow crewmembers. If someone buys you a coffee in the morning do you slap it out of their hand because 'you should be able to afford your own coffee?' And I'm sure you can afford it, you're just being a whiner.

I agree. It is nice having people trying to do good things for other pilots. I appreciate the coat hangers for my coat, and the loctite for the mounts. It was done to make my life nicer. So thanks to that dude for that. Why do people have to be mean and want to break them. What did he do to you? Maybe you should learn to be nice. This is a great group of pilots here so lets not start this garbage and destroy it.
Personally, it's not the hanger thing. That is great and I agree that it's nice to do things for the pilot group. The problem is the Kool-Aid drinking. There will come a time when things won't be that cordial. There are too many people here that seem to be okay with how we are being treated by management. Therein lies the problem.
