Frontier has about 99 airplanes on order at this time. 19 321s and 80 320 NEOs. A few of the 321s have been delivered.
We currently have about 57 airplanes in the fleet, but the vast majority of the current 319s will be returned. Fleet plan is 120ish airplanes by 2021.
Hiring will continue...

Ha! I know a bunch of our guys would be pretty excited about a DEN base.
Who knows, I think we're going to see something happen in the next few years. But who it is, is anyones guess. It's like airline go fish.
JB-AK go fish
F9-Spirit go fish
VA-JB go fish
JB-f9 go fish
AK-HA go fish
HA-JB-AK wet fish dream
JB-Spirit go fish... but I actually think that could work if we rebranded and reconfigured them. It'd be a 500ish aircraft fleet by end of 2022 toss in some WB long haul...

Yep, 12 total, as of right now hiring should continue in 2016 with larger classes or so we've heard.
The December class all got Denver, but I believe MCO and ORD tend to be junior overall as in shorter reserve time and upgrade wise.

Thanks. How many are they hiring per month? Any attrition? How's the growth?

Not sure about the per month totals but we have heard anywhere between 200 and 250 new hires planned for 2016. Some attrition, but not a ton at the moment. Growth in terms of fleet numbers will be relatively flat for the first half of 2016 but should start increasing and really gets going in 2017. Steady hiring for the forseeable future though, knock on wood.
