And yet more F9 pilots show their professionalism. Is the writing on the wall getting to you?

Bolo excluded. He seems to be one of the few that doesn't get too worked up anymore.

It appears to me that the pilot and flight attendant groups are not going to cave in. Everybody is p***ed off, which for once I truly believe that we are united on this front. Let's see what happens.
Ah, the more it changes the more it stays the same. During the 2003 negotiations BB announced to all the employees in his Weekly Sermon to the Faithful that the greedy pilots, with their strike vote, had cost CHQ the contract for the United flying and also brought down the Plagues of Egypt.

It's funny, the Teamsters still believe they're relevant. The fact is, a lying Bryan Bedrock is better than a Teamster anyday. Save your "I told you so's" because the pilots knew what they were getting into a long ago, that is: "A bad decision, and a worse decision."

We told you so. And now your butts hurt because you see the writing on the wall. Silly FFAPA member. And you talk about relevance??.. Now that's funny right there.

No what is really funny is you. The Toonsters, even though they think they do, have nothing to do with the investment group. Maybe you guys should negotiate your own CBA already instead of peeking over someone else's shoulder. That's what kids who are unprepared for a test do, and you are way over your head and out of your league. Even big daddy Hoffa had to overstep your idiot local prez because he should've taken the deal that was presented. It was a good one, right on par with your caliber. Virgin America, Air Canada, Jetblue?!?!?! YGFSM! Foggetabout it! Alpha Mike Foxtrot.

So my question is what happens to Frontier if the sale gets blocked? Can it be extended again? I know someone going there and I'd hate to see them leave their present job just to end up at back at square one. Not trying to stir the pot, serious question.

I'd never thought of it that way. Good point.

Any job is a gamble, some less than others. For example, taking a job at United could see you sitting at the bottom of the list with a long commute while several hundred people get recalled ahead of you. Admittedly you'd have better pay than F9 while you're waiting, but no way will you upgrade in 3 years at United, which could happen at F9. With risk comes potential reward.

Ask me again in 10 or 20 years and I'll tell you exactly what your friend should have done.
