Frontier Hiring.

Funny, there are guys on your list now who seem to have higher seniority than your CBA spells out due to the IMSL. So I think your argument lacks merit.

For example, there was a Voluntary Staffing Adjustment when the MKE domicile closed and the CHI domicile opened. The bid was awarded by DOH seniority, not IMSL. In other words, the Midwest pilots went to the bottom of the list during the vacancy bid. Once the bid was awarded they resumed their IMSL position for competitive bidding within the CHI domicile. This is EXACTLY what the dispute resolution decided by Eischen spelled out (which happens to be EXACTLY what The Award described as well). Have you ever read the language of the Midwest Merger Committee dispute? Did you read Eischen's decision? Have you read the entire Award or just the part about "new hires off the street"? You need to read the following sentences as they have significant meaning.
The two CBA are CONTROLLING. No matter how many times you claim otherwise or how many times you cut and past one line out of the 50+ pages of The Award the undeniable fact remains.
The Frontier CBA controls vacancies at F9.
The Chautauqua CBA controls vacancies at RAH.
End of story.

Before this whole hiring at Frontier issue came up, everyone I know at RAH had ZERO interest in being a part of Frontier. Now that they can't, I find it humorous how up in arms everyone is about it. Seems like a great waste of legal and financial resources the teamsters are about to be burn just for the sake of proving a point?

Yeah about that... the words Windfall and Frontier can't be used in the same sentence. I believe the term Windfall is defined as having an advantage or a gain in good fortune. Unless one is on the street, having a seat at a company with such an uncertain future does NOT sound like a Windfall by any means. To the actual good guys at Frontier, I hope that in the next few months when they are separate that they are able to once again be a secure and stable operation.

Exactly. And since the vacancies are at F9, the limitations of the RAH CBA don't apply. And just like the Midwest pilots, RAH pilots should be afforded the opportunity to bid vacancies left unfilled by fenced F9 pilots. Without allowing this, the paragraph you choose to ignore would have no meaning and be pointless.
