To add to what KB said, not only will F9 give you a look once you meet their posted minimums, but a guy that interviewed in my group and also was given an offer told me that he just met the mins (2520 or so TT if I remember correctly). He did say that he had been persistent with the job fairs and talking to recruiters, which eventually got him an opportunity. They're looking for the right personality to fit the company. Once you meet the mins, they'll give you a real shot.

We were just told at RGS that were expectig the first 321 this fall for a total of 9 right now. In the next year we'll be getting a total of 20 new aircraft and returning 15. Currently 840ish pilots and 1200 by this time next year. Once the NEOs start to arrive 80 orders we will ultimately grow to 200 airframes. One of the execs confirm no ATL due to Delta and hinted at MCO as new base.

One of my friends interviewed yesterday, 16 or 19 total (can't remember) and 8 got the nood.

April 8th interview
16 total
9 offered

Also we were told not to expect new base announcement for 60 days. But hinted toward a base without snow.

here are some earlier post in this thread that I found very helpful. I'm sure there is a way to link this but I'm not the guy for that job.

Thanks for the updates guys. Do you think an MCO base would go senior like it is at JB, or possibly holdable for new hires? Also where are sims at these days? Is it DEN, LAS, MIA and one other I'm missing?

If I were to guess, MCO will go to some senior captain who have been wishing for this for a long time (the gray hair). As for the FO side, not sure. I think as a new hire you will be able to hold MCO once it opens. there are about 150 FOs who bypassed upgrade, I wonder if a bunch will take the upgrade once Orlando opens.

Some of this info is 2 years old. Is it still accurate?

I found all of the information to be useful. Some might have changed but it's a good place to start in leu of no info.
