Frontier Hiring.

The Crew Resources director just spoke to the December class- approximately half of us will be Chicago, the other half Denver. The remaining classes this year can expect a Chicago base. The east coast base, which is anyone's guess, is expected to open in 2016, once a focus city reaches the current staffing in ORD.

I truly believe if you meet the mins, they will take a serious look at you. Your logbook is not going to play the largest role in the selection process. Your presence as an individual human being will play the biggest roll, and can you be real enough to show them who you really are.
I spoke directly with a person involved with the job-fair down in Florida several weeks ago. This was something they wanted to try, and from what he told me, they REALLY liked the results. In a nutshell it allowed them to bring a much higher quality candidate to the general offices on interview day. This saves them time and money. That said, the job-fair was an introductory offer from the firm that runs them, so will Frontier want to pay for future fairs? I don't know.
Should there be a future fair, and you are able to attend, I'd say do it. It will be a great way to get noticed in a stack.
Speaking to this gentleman taught me one thing. It doesn't help Frontier in anyway to reject candidates on interview day. If they could hire everyone, they would, because it costs money and resources to spend all day with someone. So on the days they only hire 2 out of 13, yes, it just really was that bad of a group.

Frontier Hiring.
Yeah it can be a little tricky to find...Frontier website. Go to careers towards the bottom. I clicked on "about the process" and then "available opportunities". Flipped through the jobs to "First Officer". Although, at this time, it looks like it's not posted. Check back every few days until it's reposted. I don't work for Frontier (I'd like to ) I would imagine a 320 type would help you a little. Good luck to you!

From what I understand. They have big new hire classes in November, December, and January already set. After they get the FO staffing up they will run upgrade classes in February and March and then be ready for more new hires after those upgrade classes. They can only train so many bodies at a time. They would like to do more but are unable until they get another sim.
