I would submit that Retired Military guys who have retirement and medical benefits for the rest of their life are probably one of the surest bets not to leave.
If they can get a decent schedule and a moderate amount of pay - they're on the super fast-track to Fat Dumb & Happy

Frontier is a great airline but there are others you can go to and wait it out until Frontier calls again.
Chin up!

I would be curious as to the current interviewers quals. That seems crazy low twice from past interviews. I wonder what has changed???

My interview group last October netted 2/13. Lots of great guys there that day, good mix of military, previous majors, regionals, cargo, etc. Class was similar mix, so don't read too much into the threads trying to read the crystal ball as to who will stay and who won't. Some good things going on here with lots of growth, new A/C and hopefully an improved contract on the distant horizon. Not Valhalla, but a good place because of a good pilot group. As previously posted, come in prepared, be yourself, and don't hide in the corner!
Good luck to all.

I think that's very accurate, but at the same time I am having a VERY hard time believing that anybody that has been on property for less than three years wouldn't immediately bail for Delta (or a similar Legacy) if given the chance. Particularly if they are younger than 40... Then it would just be outright stupid to pass that up. Anybody that says otherwise just isn't being honest IMO.
Now things may change at F9 in a couple years to make this less so, but as of now? Let's just be honest here...

I agree, but just letting folks know for their interviews. Personally, I'd have a hard time giving the thumbs up to anybody in their 20's or early 30's who DIDN'T have their stuff in with all the Legacies, and before you call me a troll, that is not a dig at F9, that is just the reality of the industry that we are in. However, many of the folks in the GO live in a different reality than the rest of us.
