With these owners? Strike

Nothing is going to change for several years and then it will only change via self help.

Technically a speeding violation will make the computer sort your as a DUI/DWI offender, right?
I had the same thought. So a speeding ticket for less than 5mph over is suppose to go along side a dui?? Any clarification would be great

Good answer. Me thinks not all in the Frontier pilot group has the appetite to *********.

A short candid reply with an uncanny ring of truth to it. I had to ask didn't I?

Very disheartening.

I think they'll learn quickly. The profits are starting to roll in and pretty soon the pilots will want their piece of the pie. Franke's not really into 'constructive engagement' unless by that you mean 'give Franke everything he wants'.

Is your pilot group unionized? I spoke with a Frontier Pilot, pretty senior. He is very happy and excited about the future. He told me he started making $50K a year as Captain in the mid 90s and that now he is over $180K, he sounded content.

I work for a carrier that Franke used to be involved with...highly unionized. I wish nothing but the best for the F9 pilots. They'll need our support.

This is strait pay billing 1000 hrs a year. Retirement benefits, where they exist, are not factored in. If they were, the disparity would even be greater between the haves and have-nots.

Yes, Frontier Airline Pilot's Association. FAPA. In house.

Everyone is excited about the future, but many sacrifices were made by my progenitors, and if the company does well, so should the pilot group.

This kind of complacent "I'm just so happy to have a job" attitude described by your run-in is exactly what will doom us here. I am afraid there are a lot of them.

I know you're the choir , but we do a vitally important job and need to be compensated accordingly, period. The chart I posted says it all.

Sulk, as much as I like your chart, no one goes to Delta and is a 747 FO as a new hire, then upgrades on the airplane in 6 years.
