What i am saying is that they would be happier deciding their own fate, not having you do it for them. If you got your snap-backs, they would be able to argue for theirs (if they have any coming, I don't know.)

YGBSM - when was the last time an unrepresented employee group at RAH got something just for asking?

It's apparent F9 does not.

Here's some from the Faultpush hit parade:

"FAPA was created for the Frontier pilots. That's the same reason that FAPA is not looking to represent the combined groups. You paint it like there's some conflict in that. "

Just like the RPC !

"One side's delay tactics are another's SLI process. We're following it. The fundamental problem is that one side has nothing to gain in that process, and the other has nothing to lose. "

Hmm,see below....

"The last time I checked, the SLI arbitration hasn't been decided yet. Until the arbitration is decided, you'll see both sides presenting their cases. To each side, the other's argument is ridiculous (e.g. I've heard that RAH asked for a 7 to 1 ratio). In the end, the arbitrator decides what is "fair and equitable", and we live with that. You won't find FAPA pulling a USAir over the outcome of the arbitration, and I hope that IBT wouldn't either. "

Have integrity issues,much ? Well,the IBT didn't,did they ?

Huh?? FAPA doesn't have the structure to represent the combined groups. They bylaws were written for Frontier Airlines' pilots, and require a majority vote to change. That hasn't happened since FAPA's inception. RPC provides a bridge between where we are now, and combined representation. RPC provides representation for both groups, but it's highly likely that IBT will have zero F9 representation on the EXCO. Which gets back to tyranny of the majority.

OK, perhaps I was wrong. I stand to get a captain job in an E145 if Frontier folds. Otherwise I stand to get bumped from the Airbus back into an RJ if they replace the Airbus with something else. That's as close to "nothing to gain" as I can imagine in an integration.

Fair enough. I could debate the differences, but it would fall on deaf ears.

You mean after 7 years,right ? Award Section 5

B. For the period of seven (7) years, beginning with the first bid period after
the date on which the seniority integration becomes effective, Republic Pilots,
Midwest Pilots and Lynx Pilots will have priority for all CA and FO jobs on CRJ
200, E- 135, E-140, E-145, E- 170 and E-175 aircraft; including aircraft acquired
to replace such aircraft removed from the fleet."

So,if F9 goes glub,you go to the end of the line.We have a fence,too.
