That's the point... I hope you never work at a major.

Republic pilots have undermined other union pilots and bragged about it... " it's our flying now ". The profession is taking note and they are the same pilots who do telephone and pilot board interiews.

Do not hire Republic pilots

Your EXCO did nothing. Next your EXCO blocks integration talks so all Midwest pilots are furloughed. In the future, I'm concerned that your EXCO will work with BB to staple as many Midwest pilots as possible and hinder the recall of Midwest pilots by managing Republic furloughs.

And you say... furloughs? The shrinking 50 seat regional jet market and unhappy partners could easily require furloughs or shifting more Republic pilots to Midwest.

Remember 3 days until everyone meets to begin the integration process.

Realize that I understand your anger with the current situation and hope that you guys get what you deserve. What that is I don't know and if that ends up getting me furloughed then so be it, it sucks and ill be angry but Im man enough to know it wasn't you that made it happened. I will hold no grudges towards you or the Midwest guys. What upsets me is the lack of professionalism displayed by you guys on here. "Do Not Hire Republic Pilots?" come on... No one has bragged about your situation here at CHQ and I haven't heard anyone bragging about it at Republic. As soon as you realize that the fight against management has been lost and that in order to get back what was taken you have to set aside your ego and work with the Republic pilots will be the day that things start moving in the right direction.

For the Republic guys who think Midwest pilots were demanding to keep our old pay scale.

In a meeting about E170 and E190 flying. The Midwest MEC said ...

" .. your MEC will negotiate 172 rates with the company if they want to fly them. All we require is industry average wages and the individual members can decide if they want to fly that equipment."

I've asked before but the RAH pilots conveniently ignore it but do you expect the YX pilots to sit on our hands as FAPA, IBT and the rev fight about whether the F9 pilots are integrated. You say 3 days until this "meeting" but it's my understanding there isn't such a meeting scheduled and FAPA refuses to meet. FAPA and BB have an agreement to not integrate. So once more the pilots of YX should just sit happily by receiving the gov't cheese as you fight it out and most likely lose.

Like it or not, your EXCO is controlling our careers and families. BB said "it up to the unions to negotiation a fair integration". We are waiting.

I have marking my calander...

So what you're saying is "end your career by engaging in an illegal work action....we're not promising you any help, but we expect you to do it anyway." I'd bet that you wouldn't do it if the shoe was on the other foot.

The Midwest pilots are frustrated at the lack of involvement of the Republic pilots taking our jobs. Yeah, we know you had no choice. But did anyone from your ranks stand up and say, "What the H--- are we doing in Milwaukee flying routes that are costing other pilots their jobs?" Nope, nothing like that happen. In fact, absolutely nothing happen. You all seemed glad to do it. You continue to do nothing. There was not one letter of support from your EXCO concerning our grievance. Why? Because if we would have won it, you would have had to get your butts out of our seats. When it happens to you in about ten years, you will see what we are talking about. Until then, keep telling yourself and your fellow pilots that what you are doing is justified.

So when you said that everyone at RAH is scabs and they willingly crossed a picket line what you really meant is that there was no picket line and nobody crossed anything. I see. Making it up as we go are we?

There's never been any lockout. Several here have said that everyone was waiting for the Frontier deal to close to start integration talks. It's what the RLA states. I replied to you specifically urging patience and that everyone wants to work together. Instead you wanted arbitration and wanted it now. Since the arbitration your hate here has increased 10 times over. Sorry it didn't go the way you wanted.

TPG and BB might be in bed who knows. I don't and I know you don't. What's that have to do with the pilots? The first thing the MEC did was get in communications with the Midwest MEC. Both of the, released statements verifying it(the very next day). There were RAH pilots at your information picket in support. There were several, including myself, here saying the last thing they wanted were 190s on property and didn't want to see midwest pilots out of jobs. So where are you getting this info from? Lately your posts are just wild swings at the air. Your credibility is drowning. Give it a rest with the relentless bashing and made up facts of yours. Obviously you can't prove anything you say. If you could then the arbitrator would have had something to go on.
