1. What he is saying here is DON'T FORGET WHO IS IN CHARGE HERE GIRLS.
2. History of throwing people under the bus?????WHAT???? Name one time.
3. Wasn't it RAH that supplied F9 the DIP financing to keep them afloat last fall? Where was SW then. Some of you SW guys so arrogant it's sick.

Lynx will provide regional lift for Southwest in exchange for lowering the cash Southwest has to pay RAH for being frontiers largest unsecured creditor. Also as a part of this new partnership, Southwest and Midwest will become codeshare partners, Southwest large expansion in MKE will become small expansion. And everyone will come out winning.
If SWA owns them, SWAPA will fly them.
Seems believable to me that we could sell the Q400's to Republic to reduce the $60+ Million they'll be getting out of this deal.

Greedy, if you really were an airline exec then you would know that once the BK court OK's the deal then SWA is on the hook for the $$ no matter what labor groups decide at a later date. SWA may build in a "Break-up fee" that would allow them to walk away but that would still cost $$ and be subject to court approval. No matter how good the labor bliss is at SWA, the workers will not dictate M&A. In the end, you guys are compensated well to fly from pt A to B safely and on-time. Not make business decisions.

Impretty sure GK et al care more about having a good reltionship with SWA emplyoees than with Frontier. If the SWAPA guys want a staple fot the at best for the pilots that is what GK will agree too. He cannot please both sides , wich one will he side with ? my money is on his actual employees , not maybe future ones.

break up fee is les than $5mill. Scope means SWAPA actually will dictate a lot of how the merger is done and will alow it to operate seprate and shut it down if FAPA does not play ball. Muse/TransStar alter ego anyone? any of you F9 guys clamoring for SLI remeber that? read the history of how it went down ten cool your heels
