I heard a rumor that we have 2 planes being modified with new interiors - 6 rows business / first class type seats and more legroom the rest of plane. WiFi and ovens ? Anyone can confirm this ? Are we bringing back CC cookies 🍪 ?

no, I really did hear this from not the most reputable source but from another pilot who works in the training center if we did merge with Spirit, we’d be bigger than Alaska and if we were to change our business model, who knows Alaska makes money

Interesting... We will see, no matter what, the next year will be very big for the airlines.

It's good (if true) to be looking at trends and trying to adapt, but it would have been killer to be on the front side of this, vs just looking to get into this in 25+ which by the time we install and get that stuff through to the line, is the market still there?

You can say that again. Next year will be a pretty interesting one to watch for all parties. You've got AA/UA trying to grow, Delta somewhere behind them, Southwest hurting for planes and changing policies.. And a whole ULCC market that is trying to find its post-COVID footing ranging from JetBlue's in-between to Spirit/Frontier ops and image issues. Amid all that, engine problems. Will be interesting times indeed.

So to be clear you heard we ARE doing this, or you heard it's contingent upon buying Spirit?
