no, I really did hear this from not the most reputable source but from another pilot who works in the training center if we did merge with Spirit, we’d be bigger than Alaska and if we were to change our business model, who knows Alaska makes money

You can say that again. Next year will be a pretty interesting one to watch for all parties. You've got AA/UA trying to grow, Delta somewhere behind them, Southwest hurting for planes and changing policies.. And a whole ULCC market that is trying to find its post-COVID footing ranging from JetBlue's in-between to Spirit/Frontier ops and image issues. Amid all that, engine problems. Will be interesting times indeed.
