If you’re at the top pay scale and above 82 hours, you made $500 for staring at your phone. And maybe even not legal for your next trip!
On another note. I got deadheaded back to base last week on DAL. Gate return due to Mx, 30 mins wait for gate, then 20 min wait for jet bridge driver. Then 3 hour wait to swap planes. Got to new gate, screen says boarding and there’s not a plane in sight. Trash bins overflowing . It was frustrating.

It gets worse everyday. Watching the people that have left for the legacies and have already upgraded to captains or widebody FOs making more than lcp flying first class on deadheads. F9 will maybe see a new contract by the time they are already opening their next one. Same place, same results.

F9 is on a downward spiral with little hope of recovery so long as Biffle and Lambert at making decisions. Scott Kirby's assessment of the survivability of ULCC model is spot on (destined to fail). And what's Barry's anwser? Hand out bear claws to wave at our customers.

Jesus dude. I sure as hell hope you don’t handle numbers for a living. You know there’s a huge difference between 30% and 80% right?

I still don't think we know what we're doing. The bad part is, whatever we are doin isn't communicated to the workers. In fact, if a stock holder asks, leadership gets mad/insulted by the question...
