Never actually said OUR numbers are/will be record high.
He really said TSA has expected record numbers, and then said "we know what our load factors are".
Made a complete 180 degree turn from their philosophy 1+ year ago regarding average ancillary fees of $95 per person average (and wanting that number to be higher)
I'm glad he finally figured out that once you tack on a bag or seat, we are no cheaper than anyone else. I've seen that first hand trying to book travel for family. 100% true.
Interesting dilemma with hotel costs, didn't realize hotel pricing was getting out of hand for travelers.
It'll be interesting to see if FL and Vegas return to their former glory.
Also.... "crack spread".... hehehehe
