I was just heading up to Denver for training. I ended up sitting next to a senior guy in the training department who is currently flying the line. He told me the classes are small right now because we are in the busy season and the instructors were told they need as many captains on the line to cover flying, which in turn creates less instuctors to handle new hires. He's been there for a while, so I don't see why he would lie, but idk.

Barely any open time on the FO side, and tons of premium lately.
That being said, also moved down in seniority in base by 20% the last 4 months, so that feels good. not. I hope we start pumping in newhires and CA upgrades so we can get bases backfilled.
