You will know it dries up when we have a new contract.

I would rather them stay on strike until they get a contract worth it to them.

Of course and I'm not suggesting they don't hold out for the best deal they can get. Just hoping it's done soon so they can get back to making planes.

Hopefully we can get some answers at RTAG next weekend. Hopefully they start interviewing soon.

I encourage all who are attending RTAG to question the recruiters and dig in about the quality of life, pay disparity and lies about their little "why Frontier is best" sign.

Fastest path to seniority? maybe for the first year since so many people leave. Then it stagnates.

Higher total compensation? nope. Try ~100$/hr less than our peers along with less DC to 401k.

Better base options? depends on what you consider better? Cleveland? San Juan? Tampa? Goodluck, cause the "good" bases are senior.

Long term stable employment? Hopefully.

Schedule Flexibility? Depends, if you stay in a junior base, yes. But if you get displaced, awarded a senior base, etc, enjoy reserve and weekends. Some people were displaced in back to back months this year.

Be Green? Make sure you smile and let our customers know how green our company is being while you wait on your 2 hour delayed inbound since you decided to get there at your original report time.

sure. They’ll give those guys honest answers to all those questions. And then I’m sure their applications will go straight to the top of the pile. (Sarcasm)

They also needs to understand that seniority's have been away by allow Resv's to pickup open time as first come " first get". The entire seniority have flip upside down JR that's new pilots that's been hired within the last 3 yrs! Many of these the new pilots are picking up times to get qualified for the DL, UA, AA. . No intention of staying at f9 , I don't blame them ! The unions sign off for it and some of those unions folks are at UA now and saddled US with this !
now when asked about going back to our original process which was Seniorty base Not first come First get !
The negotiation leaders team have said the pilots Data's s connected doesn't show it!
Most of the pilots that were hired prior the new contract all express that's indeed what want it's !
I get that if DEN base pilots wants ";first come first get for open times " craved it out for DEN , LAS, PHX base only ! The East cost bases needs to protect seniority's !

Unions always talked about how f9 needs to be in line with the big 2 ... try to tell a Delta pilots or UA that Resv get pick up open time as to submit for the trip and what they " said" it's typically start with phase " WTF you out of your mind"

This tide back the new cadests, RT, CFI the mini 1500 guys that's coming here to get time and leave there's time to built ... looks at open times for all the bases ,,, none !

All that said they still will here come because the airbus tupe it's a lot more marketable than going to the regional... even though some regional are paying just as well !

Daily opentime is and always was first come first get. Sounds like your advocating no res adds in daily/premium and some sort of seniority monthly process? I believe there will be restrictions on res adding initially when daily opens and some sort of first in first out process for premium. No idea about the addition of a monthly process? Seniority is honored every monthly bid (for every single sequence unlike line bidding), domicile bid/trade, upgrade, vacation bid ect…

So, this could all be remedied by a VERY simple change. Bring back MOT. TBH, I'm not sure why it was eliminated.

There’s nothing to really populate it with. If you hold back more block there’s fewer lines, more pilots subject to a coverage award. I’m not saying there isn’t a workable solution but it’s not all upside.

Holding back more block DOES help. It either lowers the ALV (more probable) or increases RSV (less probable) or both. More RSV means less usage per person (especially if the block that's held back is picked up in MOT). AND, any base w/ more than 20 RSV must offer FDO lines.

This month is an excellent example. Many bases had an ALV that was below 75. Of course, all lineholders were still paid 75 and anything they picked up was above that. This led to OT being scarce and competitive. Which led to little RSV use (or essentially more days off for them).
