Last aug-oct I had all weekends off.

I currently have terrible 5hr turns and working a lot of weekends as well.

Do you look at Navblue and see the reason for your schedule? Do you look at the ALPA PBS award list for everybody in front of you and see what they got? Or is this just a case of the trip mix for your base is now unfavorable?

well, the reason is because they slashed 40 people out of the bottom of the base and it is one of the more senior FO bases now... so our flying is kaput. lol most schedules up and down the bid award list are not how they were before, except for the top 5-10

Well, I'm usually a Debbie downer but I have my best schedule in the last 4 years. That being said I still think the small bases are screwing all of us on QQL and we would be better off with fewer large bases.
