I realize that but there's a slight chance that our pay will go back down the future since our current pay isnt nailed down in the contract. Either way we'll be giving up some QOL just to keep our current pay rates.

Come on over! Just understand that it will get nasty here in the next 12-18 months w the negotiations. We will get a contract with a raise. Last round got extremely bad with the moral, especially Jun-Nov 2018 (prior to the aip)

Looking in Docunet there is a COLA notice and result from back in ‘21. Looks like roughly 25% of those that bid for it were actually awarded it. That’s the only one I can find though I’m sure it was offered during COVID too.

The only intriguing thing about this COLA is that it doesn't specify (unless I missed it) how many are being offered.
I think that some if the leaves offered in the past used to last how many spots and in each seat were available.
This one is a mystery until it's published. People always bid for them
